Pasta Sauce
Our Pasta Sauce is smooth tomato – basil sauce. It is made in the old fashion style by sautéing fresh peppers, onions, and garlic in 100% olive oil using quality naturally sweet tomatoes. Not overdone, this sauce could be used as a base for your own special recipe, or right out of the jar on to your favorite Pasta dish.

Marinara Sauce
Our Marinara Sauce is a chunky, light textured sauce. Marinara is Italian for “of the sea” and is great plain or served with sea food over traditional Southern Italian Pasta dishes.

Cacciatore Sauce
Our Cacciatore Sauce is a chunky tomato sauce with sliced and sautéed chunks of peppers, onions, and mushrooms infused with a white wine, and spiced with oregano, black pepper, and fresh garlic. Cacciatore means “hunter” in Italian. It is great when cooked with chicken, pork, beef, or any wild game, or just served over pasta.
Pizza Sauce
Our Pizza Sauce is made the same way as Mama Rosa’s Pasta Sauce but made thicker with added black pepper and oregano. Our Pizza Sauce could also be served over Pasta Dishes.
Hot Banana Peppers
Our peppers are sautéed in 100% olive oil and canned with a chunky tomato basil sauce with a slight vinegar tang. They are best served plain, with good Italian bread at room temperature. Peppers could be served over any good steak, pasta, or as a compliment to any other dish.

Our Medium Hot Salsa is a cooked tomato salsa made with fresh vegetables and 100% Olive oil. Due to the 100% Olive Oil, the salsa is best served at room temperature, but needs refrigerated after opening.
